Our Process
We will carry out a free appraisal of your land at time and date that is convenient to you. This will be your opportunity to meet the team and discuss the development potential of your land.
We will send you a detailed plan of what we aim to achieve in order that you can be assured that our interest is totally aligned with yours. This also gives the opportunity for you to comment before progressing.
Once the proposal is agreed by all parties, we will issue terms to formalize our plan and move onto the next phase of the process.
Our team of highly experienced Planners and Architects will prepare, strategise and coordinate a planning application for the proposals.
Once prepared, we will submit your application to the local authority and liaise with them throughout the entire process. We have a high success rate for residential developments and use all commercial endeavours available to offer your development proposals the best chance of success.
